De Bojo is fresh pasta street food on the go, prepared on the spot and topped with sauces from the Italian regional tradition. A healthy, nutritious offering, rich in the flavors and aromas of our land, made with high-quality ingredients selected from certified production chains.

Located in Padua’s oldest shopping center, “Sotto il Salone”, De Bojo offers an innovative format of high-quality Italian casual food. We present the excellence of fresh pasta in a contemporary, practical, and sustainable way, where territory, tradition, and innovation meet in a welcoming and accessible environment.

 

Our story stems from a great history

We were born here, in the gallery “Sotto il Salone” of Palazzo della Ragione, acquiring in 2001 the shop of the historic Nello pasta factory, inaugurated in the 1950s in the heart of the city.

In 2021 we moved to a larger space, still within the gallery of Palazzo della Ragione, consolidating our vocation under the name Artusi Pastificio Italiano.

In this new space, next to the Erbe and Frutta squares, we have opened a corner for tasting our products, paired with artisanal sauces, making craftsmanship an art in the service of taste.
